Just did yoga class after 10 weeks off. (Been trying to elevate home practice.) Really, balanced combo of home/class practice is better!

What a day for sports. Record 79 aces in the longest tennis match in history. Still going at Wimbledon, in its 8th hour. Isner v Mahut. Wow!
Sad that LT's indictment is headline above USA's FIFA win. Also: Alexi Lalas and Peter Krause: separated at birth.

Tonight, 'Prisoner of Zenda' with my go-to dates. Plus, two Oscar winners onstage to discuss the film: Craig Barron and Ben Burtt. Yay!
Art & Wine festival downtown. Kinda misleading, that name, but whatevuh. Gonna go to 24Hour and see if I remember what a curl feels like.

8 laps in lane 8. So nice to be on track, slow jog, great tunes. Watched an adult rec soccer game, too. One good forward sure makes a diff.

Good headline writers were always golden around the newsroom. Twitter is training a new generation of good headline writers. Sort of.

Yes, avid fans of Nancy & Sluggo, the Berkeley coed softball team, we won last night. Now, a grueling sked, including three rain make-ups.
